drs. Fulco Y. van Hulst (1973)
Fulco van Hulst studied theology and philosophy at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and at the Mennonite Seminary in Amsterdam. He graduated in theology in 1997.
Before becoming a Mennonite Pastor in the Congregation of Harlingen (The Netherlands) Fulco was a Lecturer in Business Ethics the Education for International Hospitality Management (1999-2002), and a Lecturer in Religion, Teacher education for Primary Schools, at Stenden University of Applied Sciences, Leeuwarden (The Netherlands).
Fulco is now working as a Research Associate and Lecturer in Mennonite (Peace) Theology and Ethics, at the Mennonite Seminary, which is affiliated with the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He teaches bachelor courses in Mennonite (Systematic) Theology and Ethics. His PhD research focusses on the interpretation and the meaning of the atonement from the perspective of the Historic Peace Churches.
